- No Refund of advance, if visitors deny to stay in the booked workation property for any personal reason.
- Transportation to and fro charges to workation property are included in the price.
- The package inclusions are exclusively for the resident guests. If the guests are travelling along with their Drivers, Servants & Maids, Please ask about their lodging and food arrangements and prices before booking.
- Visitors are requested to carry a proof of their identity & address.

- You may need to trek (Ranges from 50 meters to 500 meters) from Road/Parking to Workation Property. The trekking (easy/difficult) distance varies with the property. Read the workation property detail page thoroughly.
- Balance payment to be made during Check-In.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
- 30% of the total amount required as an advance for confirmation of your bookings.
- The cancellation Policy rules will be applied on your advance booking amount.
- If Cancellation made more than 10 days prior to the Check-in date, Full refund less Rs 20% (of advance amount) as a cancellation charge.
- If Cancellation made from 10 days to 0 days prior to the arrival date - No Refund.
- Cancellation refund will be processed in 7 working days.
